KUPRESSO uses FedEx or UPS on all shipments within the the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. We process/ship all orders within 1-2 business days, from the time order, is placed on KUPRESSO.COM. Please allow 1-4 business days (transit time) for your order to arrive based on your location and the product ordered.

All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. Our shipping rate is based on the real-time FedEx/UPS shipping rate through FedEx.com or UPS.com
- additional shipping costs for outside of the contiguous US might be applied (*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)

SHIPPING TO A PO BOX
KUPRESSO uses USPS to ship to Po BOX within the continental U.S. & Alaska & Hawaii.
ALASKA AND HAWAII
All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via FedEx or UPS and may incur an additional shipping charge based on the weight or insured value of the package.
- If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time KUPRESSO only offer international shipping to Australia, Cananda, Hong Kong, and United Kingdom. All international shipment will be ship through FedEx Express, and may incur an additional shipping charge based on the weight or insured value of the package.
