We want to be sure you’re as happy with your KUPRESSO products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 15 days.
To be eligible for a free return, the following criteria must be met:
All returns must be related to a KUPRESSO.com order
All merchandise must be non-customized, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
KUPRESSO does not offer returns on KUPRESSO products purchased outside of KUPRESSO.com.

All returns must be processed within 15 days* of the original purchase.
After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after we receive the merchandise.

The cups worked well on the laser. The reason rating is lower is because the individual boxed they came in, some were crushed and looked awful and also, a couple of the lids were broken.
