Convection Oven: 375°F degrees 7 mins

Heat Press: 350°F for 90 seconds each turn. 120 seconds if just a logo or a single picture

• Note: every convectional oven is different, and baking temps and times will be different. Still, we recommend getting a thermometer for the inside of the oven so you can bake your cup to the right degree.

• All merchandise must be non-customized, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

• All returns must be processed within 15 days* of the original purchase.
• After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after we receive the merchandise.
