Convection Oven: 380°F degrees 3 mins 20 seconds

Heat Press: 350°F for 30 seconds each turn. 30 seconds if just a logo or a single picture

Note: every convectional oven is different, and baking temps and times will differ. Still, we recommend getting a thermometer for the inside of the oven so you can bake your cup to the right degree.

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your KUPRESSO products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 15 days.

To be eligible for a free return, the following criteria must be met:

All returns must be related to a KUPRESSO.com order
All merchandise must be non-customized, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
KUPRESSO does not offer returns on KUPRESSO products purchased outside of KUPRESSO.com.
For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
All returns must be processed within 15 days* of the original purchase.
After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after we receive the merchandise.
